Satan Fingers FTW!
As a Heavy Metal fan, the famous “Satan Fingers” are inevitable at every concert or party. A few days ago, a friend sent me this picture, And i thought it was really cool! God knows R. J. Dio would be proud:

So many people did Satan Fingers at the Ozzy concert I was at a few years back lol.

Not on your list, but I'm a fan of the regular handshake, then the standard satan fingers after when hands are locked. Metal.
